In-Service Support

Our in-service engineering team provides 24 hour AOG customer support to answer all engineering requests originating from operators of various types of aircrafts including, but not limited to, the Bombardier CRJs, Challengers, CL-415s, Boeing B767s and Airbus A320s

We provide assistance to customers following major aircraft incidents by supporting them on-site in the preparation of aircraft damage assessments reports, assistance in repairing the aircraft and returning it back to service.

In collaboration with Approved Manufacturing Organizations, we also develop Part Design Authority (PDAs, Transport Canada equivalent to FAA PMAs) for configurations of parts that are no longer available on the market and to reduce operational and spares acquisition costs.
